We had transitioned from responsive UI to Redwood. But this is causing an issue for users who are attempting use Document Records.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Admins with custom roles are not able to search for any employees in the search bar in Document Records.

This issue only occurred with Redwood and not responsive UI.
