Why am i seeing a 5 times repeat of PO lines showing under my receipts?

Summary:

When i search for my PO in order to do the receiving under My receipts, i see a repeat of up to 5 times the number of PO lines. For this case, My PO has only 2 PO lines. Under my receipts, these two lines are each repeated up to 5 times, making it a total of 10 lines. There should be only 2 lines, same as they appear on the PO.
