ERP Callback Traffic not hitting the WAF after SSL certificate rotation

Our existing SSL cert expired last week in prod. We rotated it with a new cert following the same procedure we have for the last several years. This time, the certificate was updated on the WAF policy successfully, but all traffic from ERP's built-in OIC Callback Integration functionality via the Oracle Cloud Adapter in OIC has stopped. We have tried to reupload the certificate in case the original upload was bad but this has not made any difference.
