Inconsistency in Extra Info options from the requisition to the candidate assignment.

Issue identified:
The options available in "Candidate Extra Info" differ depending on the platform when the candidate is assigned to a requisition:
• In Redwood: Only two options are displayed (Payment Type and Source)
• In Responsive UI: The expected four options appear (Payment Type, Contingent Talent Info Sub, TP Aspiring Minds, and Source)

Steps to replicate:

  1. Navigate to: My Client Groups > Hiring > Candidate
  2. Select a candidate assigned to a requisition and navigate to the assigned requisition.
  3. Access the Activity > Extra Info for internal use section
  4. Expand the menu (only two options are displayed)
  5. Check the same section in Responsive UI (all four options are displayed)
