Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

This error occurs when updating an existing contact with the Relationship that's blank and now updating to "Emergency" or any other relationship eg. update Relationship from blank to "Emergency"

This update works when an existing contact already has a Relationship populated eg. update relationship from "Spouse" to "Emergency"
