Labels placement on Bar chart in narrative reporting

Hi,

We are looking for labels outside the bar chart as the width of the graph is less, numbers are not showing on the graph due to small value of the data.

e.g. In image below, there is small value above 15,981.77, not visible due to it's size. Is there any way to show value outside the bar chart.
