Hello Team,
The issue occurs when adding a Document Record to an employee and submitting it.We have already tried refreshing the page and retrying, which resolved the problem in some cases.We encountered the error by following these steps:
Navigation: My Client Groups → Document Records
Action: Add a new document to the employee → Click Submit.
Error: "Another user has changed the row with primary key oracle.jbo.Key[300000016595258]"
