Make Default Expense Account Field Editable in Assignment Info of Create Job Offer Action Redwood
Description:
In the Responsive UI for create/edit/redraft a Job Offer recruiters were able to edit the Default Expense Account field within the Assignment Info section. When switching to the Redwood UI, this field is now locked and can't be updated during offer creation. This change creates additional steps in the hiring process.
Use Case/Business Need:
With recruiters unable to edit the Default Expense Account a Human Resource Specialist now has to add the expense account upon conversion after the candidate has moved to HR. This adds to their workload, requires additional training, increases the likelihood of missing the step, and brings an additional party into the hiring process. An alternative workaround is using a Change Assignment action after conversion, adding extra steps, delays, and creating additional records. Bringing this functionality back would make the process quicker and more efficient.
