External Supplier is receiving 'Message: AADSTS90072' error when attempting to log into supplier portal. Supplier is logging in with the same email she registered with. We have never had this issue with a supplier before.

The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account
