Hi, in our POD ex-employees have both WORK EMAIL & HOME EMAIL entries and WORK EMAIL is still marked as Primary Email in their person records.

The candidate profile Email for this ex-employee also reflects the WORK EMAIL; Is this because the WORK EMAIL is set as Primary Email?

Also, when i manually update the Email in the candidate profile, the system updates the WORK EMAIL on the person record and not the HOME EMAIL. My assumption was this should update the HOME EMAIL and not WORK EMAIL, is this also because the WORK EMAIL set as Primary Email?
