Concatenate Account and Revenue Expense Type

Summary:

We have a service line filter field associated with the account dimension that defines the account to service line relationship. That same Service line Filter is applied to Revenue expense type. Based on the service line filter, we would like to generate all possible Account/Revenue Expense type combinations

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Example below:

Account 12345 is added to NetSuite (via request and approval process) and is associated to Service lines 1111, 1112, and 1113

Service lines 1111,1112,1113 are associated to Revenue Expense Types 1000,2000,and 300

Based on those relationships, EDM should generate subscriptions and alert the user to add the account/revenue expense type combinations of: 12345_1000. 12345_2000, and 12345_3000 (there would be 3 items generated via a subscription request that are sent to the user) Is this possible to systematically generate in EDM via a lookup set or any other derivation logic through subscription transformations and node type converters? I'm not sure if it's possible to generate multiple items in a subscription based request after a single individual account gets added. Thank you in advance for any insight.
