Manage Data Import-Customer Import

Hi All,
I am trying to import Customer data using import process. Load Interface File for Import and Import Bulk Customer Data processes statuses are 'Succeeded'.
But, Manage Data Import for that batch completed in 'Completed with Errors'. Is there a web service or any other way we can get the status of the batch. We would like get the status of the batch before proceeding further.
HZ_IMP_BATCH_SUMMARY table has the batch status, but is there a way to get the status using any web service?

Please let me know if anyone encountered this scenario or any suggestions?
