Encountering an error while trying to access the AI Agent Studio in Oracle Fusion

Summary:

We are currently on Oracle Fusion Release 25C. While attempting to access the AI Agent Studio, we have completed the following configurations:

  • Enabled the profile option: Enable Security Console External Application Integration
  • Assigned the following roles:
    • ORA_RCS_SCM_AI_AGENT_MANAGEMENT_DUTY_HCM
    • ORA_RCS_SCM_AI_AGENT_MANAGEMENT_DUTY

Despite these configurations, when accessing the AI Agent Studio, we encounter the following error:

"AI Agent Studio is not setup in your environment."
