How to pickup cost centre based on inventory warehouse for drop ship order flow

Where is the $100 profit entry booked if the Customer Sales Order for the item is $1000 and the Purchase price to the organization is $900?

We have multiple inventory organizations from which material is shipped and received into warehouses. We want to create accounting entries based on the inventory organization cost center. However, the system currently picks the cost center from the receiving master organization and creates the accounting entries for the Drop Ship POs which wrong in our business scenarios.
