Hello !

Has anyone tried using and setting up disciplinary actions?

We have set up the document type for Disciplinary Actions below. However, the Disciplinary Action template from BI Publisher (RTF created) is not retrieving the data entered in the Disciplinary Actions form.

Has anyone encountered the same issue?
