Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): we have created a tab "HR Policy" and under that there are tiles for Policies. We generated the link through content server and added the native url as a static url through structure (sandbox). Now when the user click on any policy tile, the policy gets downloaded. User doesn't want the download option.

Please let me know if we could restrict downloading of policy
