Roles and Privileges to Perform "Create Mass Assignment Change" for Mass Updates

Hi Team,

HR is trying to do Mass Updates for Department & Line Manager Changes using the Task "Create Mass Assignment Change".
Process is running good, shows as 100% success, when we check the data only department changes are appearing but not Line Manager changes.
When HR performs a manual update through Person Management it is working fine for Line Manager Change.

By any chance, Do we have separate Roles & Privileges to Perform for different sections (Assignment Details, Job Details, Location Details, Manager Details) with the Task "Create Mass Assignment Change".?
