In HR Help desk module , when none of the Live Agents are available in the system, live chat user is notifying with the pop up as - Sorry, the assistant is unavailable right now. If the issue persists, contact your help desk.(Attached Screeenshot)

Can we modify the pop up message in configuration to - Sorry, the assistant is unavailable right now. Please create a Service request?.
