Could you please advise if this can be achieved within the Directory or Reporting framework

We would like to build a report in Oracle Fusion HCM Directory that displays the organization structure in a tree format (tree with branches and leaves). The requirement is for the report to show the following details:
- Department
- Department Manager
- Cost Center of the Department
Additionally, we would like this structure to expand up to 10 levels.
Could you please advise if this can be achieved within the Directory or Reporting framework in Oracle Fusion HCM, and if so, guide us on how to configure or develop such a report?
