can not find AGIS inbound transaction

In EBS R12.2.13, I have create an outbound AGIS transaction between two ledgers, The Outbound Transaction Batch Status is "Submitted", But I'm not able to find the Inbound Transacction on the screen or by running "Oracle Intercompany Transaction Summary Report.

Any ideas?
