Issue with marking onboarding as complete

Hello! We have two employees who have completed all onboarding steps. However, while the "Upload Void Check" step has been completed, it is not showing as marked complete. Because of this, we’re unable to move forward with the remaining onboarding steps for these employees. This issue hasn’t occurred for us in the past. We're using Taleo Business Edition (TBE).
