We have a few questions and concerns regarding its applicability and impact:

  1. Is this a mandatory feature for all clients? - The release notes do not clearly specify whether this is an opt-in feature or if Oracle expects all clients to enable it, regardless of their payroll setup.
  2. Our client uses only Core HR and leverages the seeded ADP interface for U.S. payroll. In this scenario, where U.S. payroll is handled externally via ADP, is it still recommended or required to enable this enhanced address validation?
