Clarification on Data Security Policy for a Custom Role

Hello,

We’ve encountered an issue with a custom role where users are able to view expense data outside their designated business unit in OTBI reports.

Upon investigation, we suspect this behavior is linked to the Data Security Policy associated with the role.

We would like to understand whether it is possible to:
1. Modify the seeded condition within the existing Data Security Policy, or
2. Create a copy of the seeded condition and make the necessary amendments.

Your guidance on the best approach to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
