Redwood: direct reports not updating in quick link pages

Summary:

We have reassigned users in Redwood from one manager to another.

User has got many direct reports, however, when accessing quick link pages (Terminate Employment as an example, but seems to affect all) from the quick links not all direct reports are visible. The direct reports have got active work assignments.

The employment actions can be used when accessing via My Teams but we would want users to have the option in quick links also. Has anyone else experienced this? We are using 25C.
