Redwood export PO lines and schedule lines

My company is currently testing Redwood functionality for procurement. When I have a draft PO (Incomplete status) the export button does not work to export PO lines, schedules, or distributions to excel. Once the PO has been placed (Open status) and I view the placed PO (schedule tab) the export button works and will export the schedule info to excel (see attached screenshots). We have incorporated the 25C update. Please advise if I have not configured something correctly or if there is a different issue. We currently use this functionality quite extensively in the classic interface.
