How do we fix this error? Error showing tasklist.

We have one employee (that we know of so far) who's receiving this error after the 25C update when trying to access the worklist via Tools > Worklist: "Error showing tasklist. Possible reasons could be: 1. SOA server connection information is not available. 2. If it is run in federated mode, the default server may be down."

They're trying to access the worklist via this route: Tools > Worklist

They're able to successfully access the worklist via the bell icon.

They've tried clearing the browser cache and incognito windows, but it throws the same error. And we've tried for a couple days now.

What has changed since 25C? How do we fix it so they can see the worklist via the Tools route?
