Enable Eloqua AI in Japanese organization.

In Eloqua, the internal value of the date and time is not Japanese time.
So, if we use Send Time Optimization, we think that the best time is delivered considering the time difference, is this correct?

We believe that Send Time Optimization may not work correctly when it comes to campaign activation, such as when the start time and end time are not sufficiently reserved.

Isn't this a problem?
