supplier registration page not able to open after enter access code

After 25C, supplier registration page not able to open after enter access code and click Continue button

Steps to reproduce:

Enter the (Redwood) Supplier Registration URL in Chrome browser (try with Firefox, Edge as well)
enter email,
select Send Access code,
enter Access Code

Click Continue button

The page just stay and system does not open next page to enter company information. This happen post 25C release

Did anyone facing same issue and what is the solution? Thanks
