Error when adding an existing SSN to a candidate

Summary:

During our Redwood UI testing, we wanted to enter an existing person's SSN to a candidate to stage data for duplicate checks.

However, when we try this, the following error message appears twice:

You cannot add an existing person in the Benefits module. (PER-1532484) Details: Please add the person to your ‘Family and Emergency Contacts’. If adding an existing dependent, open a service request to the HR Assistance team.

We are able to do this in Responsive UI, but the message that shows up in Redwood UI is strange. Anyone knows if this is an expected behavior or is there a fix for this?
