PR Redwood Notification Style Issue After Customization

Dear Oracle Experts,

Earlier, when we were creating PRs, the PR notification style was showing as Classic even though Redwood was enabled. To resolve this, I raised an SR with Oracle and received the following steps to perform:

Steps Provided by Oracle:

  1. Take a backup of the custom Data Model and RTF.
  2. Delete the custom PR Template.
  3. Create a PR and test the notification – it should reflect the Redwood seeded notification.
  4. From the seeded path, download the seeded RTF and make changes on top of it.
  5. The custom Redwood notification will then be reflected.
  6. Create a new PR to test the PR notification.
