Redwood - personal details : Unable to hide demographic info section for country specific

Summary:

As per our requirement we are trying to hide demographic info section for country specific and this doesn't work.

Without any criteria if we mark it as hidden the section is hidden completely for all users.

Now when I try to add a country specific condition this doesn't work.

Also tried for Biographical info section - even this is not hidden based on country logic

is this expected behavior that we can't hide these 2 sections based on country criteria ?
