Unable to hide TIN number and TIN type on Relationship Information screen

Summary:

Hi,
We have a requirement to hide/to remove TIN number and TIN type from relationship information page as it shouldn’t be visible or accessible to all users who access contacts page from person management.

Navigation - My client Groups 🡪 Person Management 🡪 Employee Search 🡪 Person 🡪 Contacts 🡪 Edit contact 🡪 Relationship Information section

I tried to do customization via page composer but couldn’t. If not the fields but can we hide whole section 'Relationship Information' on edit contacts page.

Please refer to the attached screenshot for clarity and advise further.
