REDWOOD - Hiring Manager cannot submit Job Requisition

Hello Everyone,

We recently upgraded to 25B with Redwood for creating job requisitions. However, our Hiring Manager is unable to submit the requisition due to the following errors:

• You need to enter a value for the Candidate Selection Process field. (IRC-1590142)
• You need to enter a value for the External Application Flow field. (IRC-1590142)

We have hidden the Candidate Selection Process section from the Hiring Manager, as it is too technical for them.

Does anyone have insights on why the system is still prompting these errors, even though this section is hidden during the job requisition creation?

Under Visual Builder, we have create 2 rules, one for Recruiter, one for non-Recruiter
