Invoice Hold Notifications & Escalations

After we changed the Invoice Hold Resolution Rule to Supervisory level and tested it in the lower environment, the hold first escalated to the requester. If no action was taken, it then escalated to the supervisor. If still no action was taken, the hold expired — so the escalation is working as expected.However, the issue is:Once the supervisor doesn’t take any action, the hold gets expired. But we want the hold notifications to continue until the issue is resolved, without expiring. Is there a way to configure this?

BUSINESS IMPACT: If the invoice hold notifications expire without resolution, it may lead to missed approvals and delays in processing, affecting compliance and readiness for audits or business meetings.
