Can we add filter only on the Quick Add product list?

Summary:

Below is our Business Requirements for Quick Add:
For the new business unit:
- Only spare part numbers should be visible under Quick Add.
- Configured parts should not be listed.
- We will leverage the item type field in the CPQ parts master to differentiate spares from configured parts.

For the existing business unit:
- Users should not see the Quick Add button.
- The Quick Add button should be hidden based on user role.
We would like to confirm if the above requirements can be addressed using standard CPQ functionality.
