Grade code visibility in Change assignment and Transaction Notification

Summary: Grade code is not Visible after selecting in Change Assignment Page and in the Transaction Notification. How to make this enable?


if you can see there are 2 Grade codes in the Grade section, but after selecting I can see only the Grade name, I am unable to confirm which grade code is selected.

How can we make the Grade code Visible in the Change Salary or the Transaction Notification pages?
