Import payable payment requests scheduled process stuck in Paused status

Hello Oracle Community,

From past 3 days in our Production live environment all submitted "Import payable payment requests" are on Paused status
The parent job is able to trigger the child job - Import Payables Payment Requests: Subprocess and is stuck in Running status
When we tried to open the log file for the subprocess, we observed that it is internally calling another job Import Bulk Customer Data & it is successful
but it is not able to retrieve the status of "Import Bulk Customer Data" and stuck in "Completed invocation, Waiting for Callback.."

This is impacting our operations and currently unable to make customer payments, wanted to check if anyone faced a similar situation and if any temporary workaround is suggested while Oracle works on identifying the root cause
