Advance Vacation Pay requirement for US

Hope everyone is doing well!
We need to implement Advance Vacation Pay requirement for US, where employee will be paid in advance for their vacation pay. An example, an employee is going on leave for Sept 2025 and wants to get paid in Aug 2025 as on 8/22/2025 check date. We are thinking of running future payrolls for the employee with 8/22/2025 check date as per our example. We want to understand if anyone else had similar requirement and how they implemented it?
Any pointer/help would be highly appreciated!
