RMC Incidents being deleted and regenerated

Summary:

Following the 25C refresh, we observed that many of our transaction controls had their historical incidents deleted—including those previously accepted in the system. These incidents were then regenerated as new open items. Has anyone else experienced this behavior or is aware of why this might be happening?
