Error when testing USOPTE

We are in the process of testing USOPTE. We have gone through the transition document and followed each step. However, once OPTE is enabled, from both the Retro process and Payroll Calculation, many employees will error with the following message:


Not all employees error and I have not been able to find a pattern causing the error. Has anyone else seen this message?

It does mentioned compiled formulas…I did verify that all fast formulas are compiled.

Any help is appreciated!
