I have copied the template "Purchase Requisition Status Advisor" and created an agent as "Purchase Requisition Status Advisor Test" and status is Published. To test the agent, I clicked on "Debug" icon and asked question as "What is the status of Requisition R10592?".

And I am getting answer as "Sorry, the assistant is unavailable right now. If the issue persists, contact your help desk."
