Clarification on Revising Category Name vs. Adding New Line on PO

Summary:
Hi,

We received a request to revise a PO by changing the category name (account) on an existing line. We edited the PO accordingly by "duplicating the line", which generated a change order. Within the change order, we updated the category name to the appropriate account and submitted it.

However, although the system allowed us to change the category name, it did not update the associated account string — it retained the original account string.

Could you please confirm whether it is possible to revise a category name on an existing PO line in a way that also updates the account string? Or, is it necessary to add a new line with the correct category name to reflect the updated account string accurately?
