Approval Rule Slow Self Auto Approve Process
Hi,
Does anyone have experience with Approval Rule taking a long time to process (i.e. 2-3 minutes) for most transactions? We are experiencing this on most transaction where a rule is set, even if the rule is simple. We submitted an SR a month ago and no one responded.
This becomes a real pain when we use "Error message" feature for Journey.
For example, we require phone number as mandatory field under Contact Info, and Journey Task will show error if it's not filled. Once the candidate submits their phone number, it goes through Change Personal Info (even if this specific path is auto approved) approval and our rule looks like this:
