While working on the AI-driven functionality for initiating a Change Order directly from the Create Issue feature, we’ve observed inconsistent behavior:

  • Sometimes, the process works as expected:
    • The system automatically initiates the change order.
    • It successfully marks the implementation as complete.
    • The budget gets updated seamlessly.
  • However, in several cases with the same dataset and same inputs, the process does not behave consistently:
    • The change order initiate automatically.
    • The implementation get marked as complete.
    • The budget isn’t updated in the expected flow though impact analysis is shown accurate.
