Notifications are not receiving Learners when course is assigned

Summary:

Hi Team,

When course are assigned to a learner, the FYI notification are not getting triggered automatically to the learners, instead we are able to trigger manually from Learning Assignments through we use Standard Alerts and it was working fine before. Please suggest some solutions for this if anyone have faced and got resolved.
