Autocomplete rule on person address is impacting family and emergency contact, can we restrict it.

Summary:

We have configured an autocomplete rule to restrict future & past dated address changes. The object validation rule for Person address object is created but as it is applicable for Family & Emergency Contact it is causing an issue since it is not letting employee to add emergency contact address in past or future. Is there any way we can restrict the rule not to trigger for family and emergency contact page.

Is it possible to edit the ACR so it only triggers on self-service employee address changes? We do not need the validation for contact addresses.
