Restriction of Multi-Select and Exclude Inactive Users in Process Automation

We’ve come across a couple of limitations while working with the Re-Assign and Request for Information actions in the OPA Task List interface.

1. Restrict Multi-Select in Re-Assign User Picker

Currently, the user picker allows selecting multiple users when performing a Re-Assign action.
In our use case, we need to restrict this to only one user to prevent incorrect task routing.

Question:

• Is there a configuration or customization option available to enforce single-user selection in the Re-Assign dialog?

2. Exclude Inactive Employees from User Pickers

When using the user picker in both Re-Assign and Request Info, we noticed that inactive employees still appear
