Opportunity Market Place Job Segmentation based on employee's tenure
Summary: If an employee's hire date is less than or equal to 2 years then the employee should not be able to see those jobs in the opportunity marketplace. We have tried to utilize the "Configure Job Segmentation" feature by creating an eligibility profile with "Derived Factors - Length of Service" still the employee with less than 2 years tenure is able to see and apply to the jobs in OM. Is there a way to achieve this requirement.
