Random Errors When Setting Up Out of Office in Process Automation(OPA) Workspace

We are encountering a random issue in Oracle Process Automation where users are unable to set up Out of Office delegation for themselves.

Issue Details:

  • In some instances, when a user tries to configure Out of Office, the system throws an error stating:
    “An error occurred. Please contact your administrator.”
  • This happens intermittently and not for all users.
  • There is no consistent pattern, and we haven’t found specific logs or audit entries indicating the root cause.


Are there any known causes, permission settings, or configurations we should check to resolve this.
