We are encountering an intermittent issue in Oracle Process Automation where tasks remain stuck in the process even after users perform Approve or Reject actions.

Details:

  • Users complete the action successfully, but the task does not move to the next step.
  • No errors or warnings are recorded in the audit logs for these tasks.
  • The issue happens randomly and without a clear pattern.
  • Restarting the process instance or re-starting the flow resolves the issue temporarily.
